By
the end of 2019, the global gamers market amounted to 153 billion
dollars and of this impressive figure, 45% comes from mobile gaming
(according to Techcrunch). In the world there are a total of 2,400
million players and about 33% of the total Apps downloaded on Android
and iOS, they are, in fact, games.
It is no longer about ages, the range reaches up to 40 years, not gender because 51% of gamers are men and 49% women. Simply, playing today is so widespread, widespread, and common that we have already passed the barrier of thinking "it is wasting time"! Giving way to the concept of: "playing is the way we connect, entertain and participate in a conversation greater than ourselves."
That is why, for a while now, in addition to the usual features of a phone, such as a camera, memory, and more, the way it behaves at the moment of the gaming experience begins to be extremely important!
A few days ago we unboxed the Redmi Note 9S, a promising mid-range smartphone from Xiaomi but, the million-dollar question is:
That is a question that cannot be answered through a single variable. For example, it is useless to have a powerful processor with a mediocre screen or, on the contrary, to have a tremendous screen without the necessary power to take advantage of it. In addition, it is necessary to take into account the internal storage, the GPU (graphics processing unit), and the RAM.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has 4 Gigs of RAM and 64 of internal storage (although in Colombia the versions of 6 Gigs and 128 are sold respectively). Perhaps not the highest figures, it is true but, and it is a great but, we have an Adreno 618 GPU and, even better, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7125 8-core processor (this mobile is not anything, it has turbo!).
Finally, we cannot stop talking about the 6.67 ″ IPS
screen and that blessed 5,020 mAh battery that is so well optimized
that not even the heaviest gaming session could download it. Seriously,
in this section, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S is a champion!
You can see it for yourself. Games like "Need For Speed" run flawlessly, the graphics feel smooth, and the response level of the processor and display is up to par.
The screen is large, the front camera does not interfere at all. Now, perhaps the only thing we recommend is: play with the included cover of the Redmi Note 9S to prevent it from slipping. And speaking of hands, that would be the other recommendation, be careful where you put your right hand, as they can obstruct the sound of the terminal.
